You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, engaging in regular communication to optimize patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives and challenges.Maintain an effective patient load, seeing one patient per hour to provide detailed attention and care.Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver evidence-based therapy approaches.Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.Administer therapies focused on improving clients' range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.Motivate patients consistently throughout their treatment journey, encouraging them to maximize their functional capabilities.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and rehabilitation.Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining accurate documentation of services rendered.Patient Population / Client FocusOur center serves a diverse group of patients, ranging from post-operative individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries to those dealing with chronic pain or athletic injuries. You will engage with clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing personalized care that addresses their specific rehabilitation goals. Your focus will be not only on physical recovery but also on instilling confidence and guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate level preferred).Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.A clean record, free from disciplinary actions related to your license.Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing exercise programs.Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly tools such as WebPT.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in orthopedic outpatient settings.Understanding of contemporary physical therapy practices and emerging treatment modalities.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
