Senior Operations Associate

To support a growing go-to-market strategy, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will drive initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, focusing on optimizing growth metrics and managing operational execution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Drive initiatives with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize long-term value and manage costs Provide insights to the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive annual contract value (ACV) and revenue growth Develop business cases and set operating goals in alignment with product roadmaps to measure success of launches and engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant/quantitative disciplines 4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, or related fields Experience developing business and financial models to support business decisions Strong quantitative analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to gain support for strategic initiatives Virtual Vocations Inc
