Project Manager

Commercial Construction Location: Tampa, FL Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits A well-established and growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Tampa team. With a strong backlog of work and a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Florida, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects while providing long-term career growth. Projects include commercial, retail, office, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and institutional construction across the Tampa Bay region and beyond. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relationships Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field operations teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track project costs, forecasting, and financial performance Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards Support procurement, buyout, and project closeout activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software What We Offer Base salary of $120,000 - $160,000 Performance-based bonus program Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Clear opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Strong pipeline of work throughout the Tampa Bay area and across Florida Benefits What's In It for You Very competitive compensation (DOE) / Vehicle Allowance ($500/mo. + company cell phone & fuel card) Employee Stock Ownership Program / 401k Health Insurance 100% paid for employee Dental and Vision Insurance PTO and company-wide holidays LOCAL RELOCATION support if necessary (capped) Paid trainings #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
