Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or the ability to obtain licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Recent experience working with school-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a range of student needs across K-12 populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech-language services
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Stay current on best practices in speech therapy and special education
