Our back of house team members are extremely important to the Smokehouse.Your Purpose:As a back of house prep cook, your speed and consistency are imperative to our smooth operation and ultimately the satisfaction of our guests.Our high standards of great food and service in a clean environment can only be achieved and maintained by a team that shares our values and desires to do the best job possible for every guest, every day.This includes:Following 4R recipes, reading and understanding prep lists and properly labeling, storing and rotating product.Prepping items that are the backbone of all of our recipes.
