At Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy, our patients aren't just appointmentsthey're neighbors, friends, and family. We're looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Patient Care Coordinator to join our Ocoee clinic part-time and help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every patient.

In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for patients while assisting with scheduling, communication, insurance verification, and authorizations.

Location: Ocoee, FL
Schedule: Part-time, weekday hours from 2-6pm
Pay: $16$19 per hour, based on experience
Type: Part-time, in-office

Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
Communicate with patients, therapists, and team members
Handle calls, check-ins, and follow-ups accurately
Help create a smooth experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Bilingual Spanish/Englishrequired
At least one year of healthcare front desk experience
Insurance verification or authorization experience strongly preferred
Reliable, organized, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Available for part-time weekday hours
