We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative - Registration at the Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information

• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
