Description - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory tests across various domains including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results to ensure accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification in good standing throughout your employment.
