• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new team members or interns, and help maintain lab quality standards consistently.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification to be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
