Your Role What Will You Contribute?

• Conduct a wide range of clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile following established protocols with great diligence.
• Review test results with a critical eye for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure that lab equipment is meticulously calibrated and maintained.
• Support specimen collection processes and meticulously prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document your procedures and engage in training new staff or students, helping to maintain the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Commit to maintaining a clean and organized lab environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Scienceor an equivalent allied health degreecoupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining our team.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment.
