Role Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established safety protocols.
• Ensure accuracy in test results, troubleshoot lab errors, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on critical lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and properly prepare samples for ensuing analysis as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff, and uphold exemplary lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Retain current certification for the duration of your employment.
