Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Examine test outcomes for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance along with calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection initiatives and prepare samples for examination as needed.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, assist in training new colleagues, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Commit to maintaining your certification throughout your duration in this role.
