Outbound Sales Representative

DJV , a sister company of Career Now Brands, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in an in-person role at our vibrant office. Compensation: $23-26/hour typical earnings (uncapped commission). What You’ll Do (Inside Sales Focus) Execute 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads who have already expressed interest. Conduct meaningful sales conversations to understand the career goals of prospective students and driver candidates. Effectively present trade school and career opportunities, qualifying candidates to ensure a perfect match. Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries to move prospects through the funnel to campus recruiters. Identify and cultivate new opportunities while consistently meeting performance targets. What You’ll Need Sales Mindset: Comfort with sales-related activities and a drive to hit performance goals. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, including PCs, CRM platforms, and Google Suite. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, engaging personality. Reliability: A steady, recent work history with excellent attendance for this full-time in-person position. Background: High school diploma required (college preferred); ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
