Equipment Operator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented STEM Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Day to Day Responsibilities Assemble small parts and components using written instructions and established processes Utilize hand and power tools including electric screwdrivers, hand crimpers, tweezers, and wire strippers Perform repetitive assembly tasks on a production line with a high level of accuracy Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
