Join the team at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa , a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland's Old Port District. We're looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
On-Call: Rotating basis required (after training period)
On-Call: Rotating basis required
Pay: $20-$27/hour (based on experience and skills)
Requirements: Valid driver's license required, High school diploma or GED.

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
• Complete preventative maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel exterior areas and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Support additional maintenance needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience or training preferred (not required).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety standards.
