divh2Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief/h2pThe Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the crew chief demonstrates to customers and clients the companys Here to Help commitment. Training and development program available, which can include industry certifications./ppPrimary Responsibilities/pulliManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction/liliCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities/liliCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - this is a labor intensive position/liliIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times/liliDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided/liliManage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly./liliWater, fire, mold, biohazard cleanup/liliExtraction, demo, monitoring, equipment placement, carpet cleaning, mold remediation/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliEffective written and oral communication with basic math and tablet skills needed/liliExperience in cleaning/restoration is necessary/liliIICRC certifications preferred/liliValid drivers license with good driving record/liliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpPay rate based on experience and certifications. Majority of hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm. However, some evening, night and weekend work is required as we are on-call 24/7 for emergency losses. Bonuses provided for on-call weeks. Overtime will be required as needed.
