Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an approved Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Must hold (or be eligible for) an active Colorado medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
