Your Role and Impact: As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high occupancy levels across our portfolio. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth and success by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering a welcoming community for our residents. You'll have the chance to showcase your sales skills and innovative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies and resident experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lease apartments while adhering to company policies and relevant laws Create a friendly and professional atmosphere in the leasing office Communicate effectively with residents and prospects via phone, text, and email Track and manage prospect interactions through CRM IQ Collaborate with the Property Manager to analyze market trends and improve resident satisfaction Conduct online marketing audits and identify new opportunities Inspect properties and report maintenance needs Assist in planning and hosting engaging resident events Travel between properties as needed What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of leasing experience preferred Strong sales and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with a passion for real estate Detail-oriented and committed to quality work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems like Yardi Take the Next Step in Your Career! #J-18808-Ljbffr blueStone Solutions Group
