Manager, Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager is responsible for supervising the Project Management team and managing large deployments of products and services. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are documented, scheduled and assigned. The position is responsible for creating standard processes and procedures and interfaces directly with our customers, partners, sales and operations staff on a daily basis, making sure all aspects of product delivery and deployment are guided to successful completion. Responsibilities Supervise Project Coordinators on the Project Management team Work closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs Work closely with customer Project Management teams and IT Departments Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Evaluate risks to schedule and provide recommended actions Professional Skills/Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities Works well individually or in a group setting Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations and time constraints Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology Excellent verbal/written communication Advanced time management and analytical skills Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Project/Smart Sheets and other Project Management tools Understanding of Information Technology concepts and processes Experience with Microsoft CRM / Great Plains preferred Requirements 5 years’ experience in Information Technology project management Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with process improvement PMP Certification Well qualified professionals please forward resume along with compensation requirements and interview availability in complete confidence to the Pailin Group Professional Search Consultants Retained executive search local/national/worldwide since 1989 #J-18808-Ljbffr
