Sales Coordinator, Customer Accounts

Position Description Lindsay Corporation is hiring a new Sales Coordinator, Customer Accounts to join our Olathe, KS Sales team reporting to the Senior Director-Sales. This Sales Coordinator will have dual responsibilities of inside sales activities as well as select customer service coordination. This individual will have responsibilities in managing current & new customer accounts as well working with multiple functions including commercial sales, finance, billing, credit, quality, warranty support of all our external business segments. Position Details This exempt position is based at our Olathe, Kansas facility. This position will be responsible for providing quality account management and support for external technology solutions customers. This person will be in the office Monday through Friday with an option for remote work as unique situations arise. Travel requirements are 0-5%. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all current & new customer accounts base via; phone, email, quotes and resolving issues.
• Develop strong relationships with the Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Elecsys Stakeholders, Business Units, and Customers.
• Demonstrate a passion for the industry with strong work ethics and commitment to excellence.
• Accurately enter purchase orders, update quotes and process related queries.
• Create quotes and assist the outside Sales Team with service and support while traveling.
• Track all contacts and activity in our CRM database.
• Responsible for all cycles of customer experience including credit and billing.
• Demonstrate Lindsay values, behaviors, and expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 2 years’ successful experience in inside or outside sales or customer service.
• Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust problem-solving skills, the ability to learn from doing, personal accountability, and a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will successfully manage multiple user cases simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to train and outline issues identified.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
• Savvy with Microsoft office and web-based applications. Knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP tool is beneficial.
