About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, Growth, and Transformation. This executive will be at the forefront of driving the successful execution of the company's most critical enterprise initiatives, with a focus on growth and transformation. The role involves leading a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, including geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, and AI-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these initiatives, from conception to implementation, ensuring that they deliver measurable results and have a sustained impact on the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing change management strategies, driving accountability, and maintaining executive visibility across the initiative portfolio. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Experience in AI-enabled transformation and a strong background in change management are essential. The role requires a leader with exceptional influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, who is a strong systems thinker with a bias for action and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a credible and confident leader, capable of challenging constructively and leading through ambiguity, and will possess excellent communication and project management skills. The position demands a professional who is adept at cross-functional matrix leadership and can ensure that initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
