Cutover Coordinator - Healthcare , Federal

Summary: Cutover Coordinator will lead/coordinate the upcoming OCI migration from a cutover perspective. In addition to OCI, this Cutover Coordinator would also cover Off Cycle releases. This role will:

• Develop and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines and task dependencies.
• Coordinate the full cutover lifecycle, from pre-go-live activities through post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Release Managers, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management to ensure all cutover activities are aligned and executed on schedule.
• Serve as the central point of contact for cutover-related communication, providing regular status updates to project leadership.
• Manage and ensure the successful completion of all production interface validation prior to, during, and immediately following cutover.
• Ensure cutover activities comply with release governance and standards.

Problem Statement: The current cutover staff is allocated to all VA market/site releases and VA cube releases. OCI migration is an additional major internal Oracle release and is not normally staffed for cutover with our regular VA releases. It was anticipated that VA Off Cycle releases would be reduced since more release dates for cubes were added to the release calendar but that has not been the case. VA Off Cycles continue to be planned releases and cutover staffing is also not adequate to handle these Off Cycle releases or the OCI migration.

Without a dedicated Cutover Coordinator to coordinate and manage the cutover, cutover plans, timelines, and dependencies won’t be coordinated or managed. There will be no coordination for the full cutover cycle and between cross-functional teams. We risk not having a smooth cutover for OCI migration and for VA Off Cycle releases.

Role Value: This Cutover Coordinator bridges the gap and will establish a centralized coordinator for the OCI migration and for the VA Off Cycle releases. The Cutover Coordinator will synchronize the cutover activities for the Integration Team and ensure cutover activities comply with release governance and standards.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
