Now Hiring: Call Center Customer Service Representatives - High Call Volume!

Job Title: Contact Call Center Customer Support Representative – Medicaid Support
Work Location: Onsite – Austin, TX
Assignment Type: Local Candidates Only – In Office
Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no schedule changes permitted during first 90 days)

 

Responsibilities:

This Call Center Customer Support role supports the Provider Network for a healthcare program and involves responding to high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid providers and clients. The CSR provides clear, unbiased assistance with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related topics.

 

Key Duties:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding Medicaid services
• Resolve issues or escalate appropriately
• Document all calls clearly and thoroughly in online systems
• Transfer callers to other call center units as necessary
• Meet or exceed individual performance and call quality metrics
• Maintain strict adherence to attendance and punctuality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recent high-volume inbound call center experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
