Our franchise is hiring an assistant manager who's excited to guide a team that genuinely feels like family. With competitive pay of $32–$42/hr, a built-in clientele, and product bonus opportunities, this role offers both stability and strong earning potential. You won't be starting from scratch — you'll be joining a well-established, high-performing salon group with 20 locations and a proven support system.
