Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements 1-3 years of machine operation experience or equivalent technical background Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on motors, pumps, and valves preferred Basic computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office Ability to perform basic math calculations Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Job Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to maintain production goals Perform routine equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting Use mechanical knowledge to assist with machine operation and performance Work with motors, pumps, valves, and other production equipment Utilize hand tools safely and effectively Maintain quality standards and follow production procedures Complete required production documentation Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE Support general production and operational needs as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
