Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
- Manage account inquiries, updates, and service requests with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support clients throughout the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to follow-up assistance.
