Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: As per experience
Shift: Day/Night as required

Requirements

Active Georgia RN License or Compact RN License
Previous ICU/Critical Care nursing experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Strong critical-care assessment and patient-monitoring skills
Experience caring for critically ill patients
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and hemodynamic changes.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
Manage patients requiring advanced critical-care interventions.
Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Provide patient and family support.
