Job Family Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain NACI What You Will Do Federal Financial Management Transformation Senior Consultants support federal clients in improving budget and financial management operations by enhancing efficiency, modernizing processes through data analytics and AI‑enabled tools, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. In this role, you will lead and support client engagements by facilitating requirements gathering, designing and implementing solutions to address complex challenges, and driving process improvements to strengthen financial effectiveness. You will build trusted client relationships, contribute to program management and data analysis efforts, and mentor junior team members while applying best practices in communication, monitoring, and evaluation. Specific Responsibilities Will Include Collaborate with federal health clients to design and enhance budget and financial management processes across the full budget lifecycle Lead and support complex financial transformation efforts using best practices in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement Plan and facilitate meetings and working sessions with stakeholders, including executive‑level clients, to gather requirements, identify challenges, and drive alignment Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to collect qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., interviews, focus groups, document and data reviews) Analyze data to generate actionable insights that address complex financial management challenges and support client decision‑making Lead the development of key deliverables, including analyses, reports, requirements documentation, SOPs, tools, templates, and dashboards Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients, leadership, and diverse stakeholder groups Deliver high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Leverage firm capabilities, methodologies, and solutions to enhance client delivery Support internal initiatives and business development efforts, including proposals and communities of practice What You Will Need Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "NACI"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their NACI prior to onboarding. Candidates with an ACTIVE NACI or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor's Degree THREE (3) or more years of relevant experience in finance and/or data analytics, including at least ONE (1) year supporting federal financial management and budget lifecycle activities (e.g., spend plan development, execution, closeout, and status of funds reporting), with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
