CONFIDANT HOSPITALITY IS HIRING LINE COOKS FOR CONFIDANT IN BROOKLYN

Confidant Hospitality is now hiring passionate and hardworking Line Cooks for Confidant. We are searching for a team member who can work in a small fast-paced environment, are talented in multiple areas, can learn quickly, take on a large amount of responsibility, work as a team, and ensure our cuisine is prepared to the standard. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize all mise en place for your station to ensure seamless service.
• Manage your station during service, delivering high-quality ingredients and components in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to both NYC DOH regulations and our own high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant restaurant experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge and application of NYC DOH sanitation standards.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for 8-10 hours a day, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

*Must have or be willing to obtain food certification.
