Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (Travel Assignment)

Location: Hobbs, New Mexico (88240)
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (5x8 Hours) – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $2,400 per week (Travel Pay)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a short-term acute care facility. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience or strong OR background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room
• Assist surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adhere to all hospital policies and clinical standards

• Active RN license (state or compact, as applicable)
• Prior Operating Room experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Proficiency in:
  • Orthopedic procedures
  • General surgery
  • Gynecology
  • Podiatry
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Scrub Color: Navy (for RNs)
• Parking: Free in unrestricted areas
