Strategic Director, State Financial Policy & Budget

DE is seeking a financial manager responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the State's financial policies. The role includes providing technical guidance to ensure accurate execution of funds management, developing policies, and overseeing adherence to federal mandates. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in financial administration. Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Excel and First State Financials System (FSF) is preferred.
