Job Description

Lead Windchill PLM programs and serve as the technical liaison between customers and LTTS teams.
Manage and mentor 25+ resources across different technical skill sets.
Coordinate customer requirements, enhancements, deployments, status updates, and go-live support.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and prepare management status reports.
Handle resource planning, allocation, project planning, and technical coordination.
Support proposals, SOWs, effort estimation, MPP project plans, and Visio flow diagrams.
Work with Windchill 13.0/13.1 , PDMLink, workflows, lifecycles, ACLs, OIRs, Webjects, InfoTasks, and action models.
Develop and customize Windchill solutions using Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML .
Support infrastructure design, system upgrades, customizations, workflow development, and solution architecture.
Work with Arbortext Content Delivery, BOM Transformation, and Change Management .

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Windchill PLM / PTC products.
Strong Windchill Technical Architect / Solution Architect experience.
3+ years of Windchill customization experience, version 10+.
Experience with Windchill 13.0/13.1 and PDMLink .
Experience managing teams of 25+ resources .
Strong customer-facing and program management experience.
Knowledge of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML.
Experience with BOM transformation and change management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science; 10+ years of experience may substitute for degree .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
