Aerotek is hiring for Production Associates in Fraziers Bottom, WV

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating manufacturing and assembly equipment
• Assembling automotive thermostat components and related parts
• Performing visual quality inspections on products
• Packaging and labeling finished goods
• Using basic hand tools and production equipment
• Monitoring equipment and reporting issues as needed
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Working with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable using hand tools and following work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
• Ability to work overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fraziers Bottom, WV.

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
