Job Title: Shift Production Associate Job Description

Join our team as a Shift Production Associate, where you will operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a well-organized and climate-controlled facility. You will be responsible for assembling automotive thermostat components, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assemble automotive thermostat components and related parts.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Package and label finished products according to lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with all company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to meet production goals.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Experience with production, assembly, general labor, and packaging.
• Ability to work first shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:45pm.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays when required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and performing general production tasks.
• Ability to conduct visual inspections.

• No prior experience required; entry-level position.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fraziers Bottom, WV.

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
