About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Shared Insurance Platforms to lead the application delivery for claims, billing, marketing, and corporate functions. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, with a focus on expanding the regional office into a technology hub. The successful candidate will be a key member of the IT leadership team, with a broad enterprise exposure, and will be part of the future CIO leadership pipeline. Responsibilities include overseeing the engineering and delivery of applications to enhance business capabilities, managing a team of managers and developers, and building a culture of talent development and employee engagement. The VP will also be involved in strategic project delivery, collaborating with business and IT leaders, and will have a significant role in defining and managing technical strategies and standards. Applicants for the VP, Shared Insurance Platforms role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in application delivery, with a proven track record of planning and executing large and complex projects.
