About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Shared Insurance Platforms to lead the application delivery for claims, billing, marketing, and corporate functions. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, with a focus on expanding the regional office into a technology hub. The successful candidate will be a key member of the IT leadership team, with a broad enterprise exposure, and will be part of the future CIO leadership pipeline. Responsibilities include overseeing the engineering and delivery of applications to enhance business capabilities, managing a team of managers and developers, and building a culture of talent development and employee engagement. The VP will also be involved in strategic project delivery, collaborating with business and IT leaders, and will have a significant role in defining and managing technical strategies and standards. Applicants for the VP, Shared Insurance Platforms role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in application delivery, with a proven track record of planning and executing large and complex projects. The role requires strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills, as well as excellent communication, time management, and relationship management abilities.
