Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, gathering vital information to understand clients' mental health concerns and personal aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other prevalent mental health challenges. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help clients explore their experiences and emotional responses, guiding them through their journey toward stability and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 63,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
