Director, IM NA Executive Communications

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Executive Communications for Innovative Medicine North America to serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership. This hybrid role develops integrated communications strategies, creates high-impact content, and manages executive visibility across internal and external channels.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted communications advisor to the Company Group Chair on strategy and messaging
Develop and execute comprehensive executive communications strategy aligned with business priorities
Create high-impact content including speeches, presentations, and strategic narratives
Build and manage executive visibility program across earned, owned, and paid channels
Lead employee engagement communications including town halls and leadership forums

Requirements

Extensive executive communications and strategic messaging experience
Proven ability to translate complex healthcare and business topics for diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and senior leaders
Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats and platforms
Experience building and managing integrated communications programs
People leadership experience with ability to manage and develop direct reports
