About the Client Our client is a growing company in the construction industry focused on operational excellence, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. About the Role We are looking for an HR & Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding for English and Spanish speaking employees. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions in English and Spanish. Introduce new hires to company policies, culture, values, and processes. Coordinate job-specific training with department leaders. Ensure new hire documentation is completed accurately and on time. Maintain confidential and up to date employee records. Serve as a point of contact for new employees and assist with questions or challenges. Help new hires set up and navigate company systems and tools. Coordinate onboarding schedules with HR, management, and other departments. Collect feedback and support improvements to the onboarding process. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in HR, onboarding, employee support, or administrative coordination. High school diploma. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Some accounting or payroll experience. Familiarity with HR, payroll, or employee management systems.
