Medical Records Specialist

A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling medical records in a legal, healthcare, or hospital setting who is looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Request, track, and obtain medical records from healthcare providers and facilities Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the retrieval process Communicate with clients, providers, and internal teams regarding record requests Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with firm procedures Qualifications Experience working with medical records required (law firm, healthcare, hospital, or related setting) Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of work Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
