Job Requirements:
- RN/LPN Active License
- Must Have Valid CPR BLS Card
- Must Have a Copy of a Neg TB Skin Test Results, Chest Xray or TBQ Gold Quantifer On Blood Test Results
- Must Have Level 2 Background Clearance
- Must Be Able to Provide Proof of Car Insurance
- Must Speak English Clearly
- Must Have Good Driving Record
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
