Event Coordinator

Overview At Main Event, our Event Coordinators help our Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences, creating a vision of FUN. What You Will Be Doing Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and engage with all Guests while being an ambassador of FUN. Understand all aspects of our event packages and add‑ons. Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events. Utilize systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow‑up tasks related to the business. Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group and event sales targets, and achieve quarterly sales plans. Prospect and cold‑call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business. Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk‑in and event sales. Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas that support the business. Perform opening, mid‑day or closing duties. Position Requirements Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus. Guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork is a must. Relationship building (very important!). Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays.
