Operations Manager

I’m looking for a Head of Operations / Founding Operator for a well-backed Seed-stage company in Berkeley. This is a role for someone who wants far more ownership than they’re likely to be getting in their current company. Someone who has ambitions to be a COO within a high growth business. The company is building in climate infrastructure / robotics, but you do not need to come from robotics or deeptech. This role is all about the personality, drive, ambition of the individual. Experience in high growth startups/scaleups is our requirement, not just robotics or hardware. The ideal person is currently working in a high-growth startup in one of the following areas: Strategy & Operations Business Operations / BizOps Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff Product Operations Product Strategy Special Projects Product / Growth What matters is that you are sharp, structured, high-agency, and already operating well in a fast-moving startup environment. This role would suit someone who wants to step into a much broader seat: working directly with the founders, building the operating cadence of the company, owning strategic initiatives, improving cross-functional execution, and helping turn early traction into a scalable business.
