Maintenance Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance work.
• Be aware of safety and cleanliness concerns; Report to supervisor.
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
• Work with maintenance supervisor to guarantee that facility equipment is properly maintained.

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to make quick, good decisions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
