Overview We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our Pre‑Litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake through litigation while consistently providing exceptional customer service to clients. Job Type Full Time – Onsite, Monday through Friday Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury matters from intake through pre‑litigation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service. Investigate claims, gather evidence, and obtain key documents, including police reports and medical records. Open and manage bodily injury, no‑fault/PIP, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims with insurance carriers. Prepare and submit no‑fault/PIP applications, lost wage claims, and other related documentation. Verify all available insurance coverage and maintain accurate case information in the firm’s case‑management system. Track medical treatment, damages, liens, and case‑related expenses. Coordinate property damage claims when necessary. Prepare cases for settlement negotiations or transition to litigation. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Pre‑litigation Paralegal or Pre‑litigation Case Manager. Experience handling a caseload of approximately 100 case files or more using a case‑management system such as Litify, Needles, Clio, MyCase, etc. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory. Compensation Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 USD Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off – vacation and sick time.
