We continue to expand our global footprint and our banking technology is at the core of everything we do.Reporting to the Sr. Asset Manager - This position will be responsible for analysis as it pertains to the full life cycle management of Technology Assets. The candidate will be focused on producing reports and analysis of program activities, inventory levels and estimate of future purchases. Understand current computer hardware and software entitlements, releases, and update documents and guidelines to reflect standards and best practices.The candidate should be familiar and conversant with Technology Asset Management standards and Banking industry practices. The candidate should have ITSM functional and technical knowledge combined with thought leadership re Asset and Configuration Management.The candidate will possess excellent communications skills, have a proven track record of delivering results, and have exceptional skills both as independent contributor and/or project participant.The Asset and Configuration Business Analyst will be responsible for:Deeply embedded within the Asset and Configuration team to support the strategic and operational activities across the businessTake ownership of daily/monthly/quarterly reporting with the goal of increasing visibility and accountability around metrics that drive growth and performanceConduct strategic analysis of Technology Assets from acquisition, implementation, sustainment, and retirement strategies to deliver actionable insights to Technology Operations and business leadersBuild high-level analytical models to develop recommendations to influence and drive consensus across functional leadersPartner with Technology, Product, Procurement, and Finance to prioritize and obtain updates for roadmaps, deliver recommendations and support compliancy strategies for new offeringsOwn the development of presentation and enablement materials to engage and empower internal and external stakeholdersDelivery of well-organized presentations, memos and emails to drive fact-based decision makingEvaluate new opportunities, analyze risks and develop proposed action plansQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering or related field (an MBA a bonus)4+ years' experience in business analysis in Technology Asset and Configuration ManagementDemonstrated ability or aptitude to work cross-functionally with System Owners, Business Owners, and Product leadership.Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills with an ability to interface with senior leadershipDemonstrated ability in delivering strategic projects that leverage research, business modeling and data analysis to drive alignment and successful outcomesExperience at an enterprise commercial bank with an understanding of both on premise and SaaS/PaaS assetsStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience working with dataAbility to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency with ServiceNow, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and query languages such as SQLYou are a cultural addition to our team, and bring a diverse perspective
