Clinical Nurse Manager

Clinical Practice SupervisorResponsible for supervising all clinical staff functions in the employed provider medical practices. Establishes best practices in clinical workflow across Physician Practices. Responsible for ongoing clinical education and compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines. Will lead the employed physician practices efforts surrounding standardization of practices and population health initiatives in Physician Services practices. Work collaboratively with market leadership to attain performance targets with Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP). Actively contribute to quality monthly operational review. As new quality initiatives are identified, will lead local team to remain in compliance with quality programs.Graduate of a clinical training program.
