An Accounting Administrative Assistant handles the daily clerical and bookkeeping tasks that keep a company's financial operations running smoothly. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy compliance, payroll processing, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws. Additionally, the HR Manager assists with accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, reporting, budgeting support, and other administrative functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.
