About the Role:
Landis & Associates Inc. is looking for a driven and motivated Allstate Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Parkville, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while growing your career in a rewarding and fast-paced insurance sales environment. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts
- Sell Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right coverage solutions
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through policy reviews and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals and quotas
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on quotes and pipeline activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retain clients and drive referrals
Requirements:
- Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
- Prior insurance sales or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and competitive mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
