Requisition #: 667223 Location: 7671 Quarterfield Rd, Suite 401, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 Schedule: Day Shift – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) Employment Type: Full Time Join our team at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP). We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Triage to join our Family Practice and Internal Medicine Team in Glen Burnie, MD. This role provides and coordinates patient care, uses the nursing process to gather objective and subjective data, and develops a care plan. The RN will respond to incoming patient calls and MyChart messages requiring triage of urgent symptoms, give patient education for acute and chronic conditions, and support the practice with regulatory and operational tasks. The RN also guides and advises interdisciplinary team members and collaborates with quality, case, and care management teams. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion.
