Position Overview

Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Palm Coast, Florida. In this full-time, onsite role, you will play a pivotal part in our patient-centered approach, helping individuals regain mobility and enhance their quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs. Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center is equipped with modern facilities and technology, creating an ideal environment for both patients and staff. You will be collaborating closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and rehabilitation aides. This collaborative atmosphere encourages open communication and innovative practices, allowing you to provide the highest standard of care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance motion, alleviate pain, and expedite recovery.
• Educate patients on the importance of their rehabilitation techniques and empower them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and refine care pathways that optimize outcomes and enhance the quality of services provided.
• Document patient interactions and progress thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards and practice guidelines.
• Develop and lead fitness and wellness programs that address specific rehabilitation and long-term health objectives for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This patient population often includes post-surgical patients, athletes, and active adults looking to regain their performance capacity. You will leverage your expertise to assess musculoskeletal injuries, implement rehabilitation strategies, and guide patients through their recovery process, all aimed at restoring their functionality and promoting a pain-free lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, adhering to all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy and orthopedic treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with an ability to motivate and connect with patients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care management.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
